Kathleen McNulty
Kathleen studied at Strathclyde University and has worked in Lanark since 1999. Kathleen specialises in Family Law, particularly cases involving Financial provision on divorce and separation, and Children’s cases. Kathleen is a member of the Family Law Association and is regularly appointed by the Court to report as an independent solicitor in cases involving care arrangements for children (Child Welfare Reports). Kathleen is a Notary Public.

Margaret McNulty
Margaret studied at Strathclyde University, trained with the firm and is now a fully-qualified solicitor, undertaking a wide variety of legal work, with particular emphasis on Family Law including residence/contact disputes concerning children, conveyancing (house sales and purchases), and criminal court work. Margaret regularly appears at Lanark Sheriff Court in respect of civil and criminal cases. Margaret is a Notary Public.

Vincent Hilland
Vincent studied at Strathclyde University and qualified as a solicitor in 1982. He trained in Biggar and has worked in Lanark since 1991. Vincent is experienced and knowledgeable in respect of property and conveyancing matters. Vincent works part-time, and now focuses on private client work, advising clients about wills and powers of attorney and acting for families in the winding-up of estates (Executry work). Vincent is Dean of the Faculty of Solicitors of Lanark for the year 2017-2018. Vincent is a Notary Public.
