If you are marketing a house for sale, please let us know. We will liaise with your Estate Agents once an acceptable offer is received, issue a Qualified Acceptance on your behalf and conclude missives.
We will carry out the conveyancing transaction, obtain property and land register reports and, at settlement, pay off any mortgage you may have and register a Discharge of the Security.
