When you have identified a house you wish to purchase, contact us. We will note your interest with the selling agents, submit a formal offer and guide you towards conclusion of missives (the contract).
We will deal with the conveyancing and security transactions and attend to registration of your Title at the Land Register.
If you are marketing a house for sale, please let us know. We will liaise with your Estate Agents once an acceptable offer is received, issue a Qualified Acceptance on your behalf and conclude missives.
We will carry out the conveyancing transaction, obtain property and land register reports and, at settlement, pay off any mortgage you may have and register a Discharge of the Security.
